Where are you based?

Our HQ is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Can i get a refund or exchange the swimsuit?

Our return policy is only applicable for defective items. We do not provide refunds for perfectly fine items. You may exchange the size/style of the purchased items within 14 working days provided it has not been worn, washed, altered, scented and all tags remain attached. Buyer will bear the costs of deliveries, return and taxes if imposed.

How to pick correct size?

Is your swimsuit cutting loose?

All collections has slightly different cut, although we encourage to go for one or two size bigger swimsuit than your usual clothing size if you prefer it modestly loose.

What material are Matsalleh Design swimsuits made of?

Our swimsuits are made from highest quality nylon/spandex blend.

How long does the delivery take within Malaysia/Worldwide?

Malaysia - anywhere from 3-5 working days.

Worldwide - anywhere from 4-8 working days (excluding custom clearance).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship to everywhere in the world.

Received Faulty/damaged goods ?

If this is the case, we truly apologize. Kindly send us an email to info@matsallehdesign.co with your order number and full name, and we will get back to you straightaway and provide further instructions on what will we can offer next.

Customs and Duty (countries outside Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

Countries outside Malaysia may be liable to pay import duties/tax and handling charges on entering the country. We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods and the amount of duty is worked out on the type of goods and their value. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict what they might be. Our international postage charges therefore are exclusive of these charges.
You will be notified by the courier as the goods enter your country if any fees are due and these (plus any additional handling charges for customs clearance) must be borne by you. In cases where the courier does not hear back from you, the charges will be added to your original payment card so that the customs and handling charges can be cleared and you can receive your purchases.
